SUMMER COMMUNITY POLICING NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH MEETING
The Riverdale Police Department will be sponsoring a Summer Community Policing Neighborhood Watch Meeting on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Riverdale Public Safety Building (Training Room Lower Level), located at 725 West 138th Street in Riverdale.
Discussion Topics will include: Developing a Neighborhood Watch, Organizing a Block Club, Crime Prevention Tips for Residents, and information on the CAPA Program. Neighborhood Watch Window Placards will be handed out at this meeting.

VILLAGE HOSTS NORTHEAST SEWER SEPERATION/FLOODING RELIEF PROJECT MEETING.

Wear work clothes suitable for planting. No experience required...we will tech you everything you need to know. Come enthusiastic and ready to learn about community gardens!!

The Ivanhoe Park District of Riverdale will be going to the Windy City Thunderbolts Baseball Game on Saturday, July 30, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. in Crestwood, Illinois. This event is open to residents as well as non-residents and the fee to attend is $13 which includes your ticket and bus transportation.
