GIRLS SCOUTS PINWHEELS FOR PEACE
Peace is a state of calm, free from violence, free from conflict, free from fear.
The Dolton/Riverdale Girl Scouts invite you to support the Pinwheels for Peace Project.

Come decorate a pinwheel and express your feelings and hopes for Peace in your Life - Peace in your Neighborhoods, Peace in the USA, Peace in the World. The event will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2011 from 10:30 am - 1:00 pm at the Dolton Library located at 14037 Lincoln Ave. in Dolton. The decorated pinwheels will be "planted" at the library as a symbol that peace is more than a word it is an action!! Imagine all the "whirling for peace" we can do.
