VILLAGE OF RIVERDALE HOSTING A SECTION 8 PRESENTATION
The Village will be hosting a meeting on the Section 8 program on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at the Riverdale Resource Center located at 13725 S. Wabash in Riverdale. The program will be held at 6:00 p.m. The program will provide statistical information on Section 8 properties in Riverdale and neighboring communities and updates on changes to the Section 8 program.
Tenants, landlords, homeowners, representatives of community and faith-based organizations, and all other interested parties are welcome and encouraged to attend.

IVANHOE PARK TRIP: CHICAGO WHITE SOX SENIOR BINGO DAY
Seniors come out for a fun day of food and baseball. The game will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2011. The bus departs the Ivanhoe Park Field House at 10:15 a.m. and will arrive back approximately 5:30 p.m. This event is for seniors only. Cost is $55 per person which includes 2 hour pre-game all you can eat buffet, bingo in the patio area, a a lower box game ticket and bus transportation. Buffet includes: Cajun Chicken, fried chicken, hot dogs, BBQ ribs, hamburgers, salads, unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks.
