South Suburban College & Thornton Township are sponsoring a Community Job Fair on Tuesday, May 17th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The fair will be held at the South Suburban College Fitness Center located at 15800 S. State Street in South Holland, Illinois. Job seekers should bring several copies of their resume and dress for an interview. The Ivanhoe Park of Riverdale will be sponsoring a Bowling Trip at the Dolton Bowl on Tuesday, April 28, 2011 for children Ages 4-12, from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Arrive at the Field House 14401 S. Stewart at 11:00 a.m.. Bus will leave at 11:30 a.m. We will return approximately 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pick up your child at 3:00 p.m.

Are you a singer, rapper, dancer or spoken word artist? Audition for the 2011 Riverdale Idol Contest to be held on Friday, May 20, 2011.
Auditions will be held on March 17th, 24th and 31st from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Riverdale Community Resource Center at 13725 S. Wabash. There are 3 ages categories: Youth to 17, 18-25 years, and 26 years and up.
