SPRING CLEAN UP
The Village of Riverdale in cooperation with Tri-State Disposal, Inc. will sponsor Riverdale's annual Spring Clean Up on Saturday, April 22, 2006. Pick up hours are 6:00AM to 1:00PM. ITEMS MUST BE PLACED IN THE SAME AREA TRI-STATE DISPOSAL PICKS UP YOUR WEEKLY GARBAGE. Items should be placed outside Fri. evening or before 6:-00 am Sat.
Items that will be accepted for pick up are, furniture, clothing, bicycles and other unwanted household items. ALSO white goods, such as refrigerators (doors must be removed), stoves, washers and dryers will be picked up. TIRES, BATTERIES, CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, AND HAZARDOUS WASTE MATERIALS (USED OIL, PAINT OR CHEMICALS) WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.
TRUCKS WILL ONLY MAKE ONE TRIP. Questions regarding the "Spring Clean Up" may be directed to the Public Works Dept. 708-841-2202.

LIBRARY CLOSED APRIL 14TH & 15TH
The Library will be closed Friday, April 14th and Saturday, April 15th. We will reopen at noon on Monday, April 17th.
