Ivanhoe United Methodist Church Presents It's 7th Annual Chili Cook-Off
The Ivanhoe Methoidst Men are sponsoring their annual Chili Cook-off on Saturday, March 19, 2005 from Noon - 6pm. Adults $8.00 Youth under 11: $5.00. Delivery also available in the area! For more information, stop by the church located at 14500 S. Clark Street in Riverdale or phone (708) 849-6811.

General George Patton After School Program
Students have a great opportunity to receive one-on-one tutoring in our after school program. The “Brainfuse program is a tutoring program where students will log on the district computers and receive one-one-one assistance for one hour after school twice a week. Special software is installed on the computers to make this one-on-one interaction possible. The student will work at a pace that is customized for each student.
General George Patton School has introduced Discipline-Positive Behavior Interventions Supports program (PBIS). PBIS is a proactive systems approach to preventing and responding to classroom and school discipline problems. Emphasis is directed toward developing and maintaining safe learning environments where teachers can teach and students can learn.
