LIBRARY HOLIDAY CLOSINGS
The library will be closed Friday, December 23, 2011 through Monday, December 26, 2011 for the Christmas Holiday and Friday, December 30, 2011 through Monday, January 2, 2012 for New Years.

STATE REP. WILLIAM DAVIS WILL HOST A MEETING WITH RESIDENTS OF THE VILLAGE OF RIVERDALE AND CSX TRANSPORTATION
Rep. Davis will host a meeting with representatives from CSX Transportation, the Illinois Commerce Commission, and the village residents to discuss issues pertaining to train traffic and quiet zones in the community. This meeting will give the homeowners an opportunity to ask questions and have a discussion directly with CSX Transportation.
The meeting will be held on Monday, December 19, 2011 at the Riverdale Resource Center located at 13725 S. Wabash in Riverdale from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
